Publishing

What is Publishing?

This term often confuses many artists. Music Publishing is really all about songwriters and copyrights. When music is used commercially (whether sold, licensed, or publicly performed), the songwriter and copyright owner is owed royalties. A music publishing company can offer multiple services for songwriters. As a ‘publishing administrator’, they administer the copyright – protecting the use of songs as well as collecting royalties owed from use. On the creative side, some music publishers focus on the use and exploitation of the copyrights they administer by securing opportunities in the form of ‘sync licenses’ for film, TV, ads, video games, etc. Additionally, these creative teams play an active role in setting up co-writes and pitching songs to artists and labels to be recorded for the first time.

What do we offer?

Currently working with Performance, Mechanical & Neighbouring rights, we provide a 360 degree approach so you are fully covered when it comes to managing your music rights.

We will register your tracks in 75+ territories, using the latest technology to track every single royalty effectively from our liaisons with collection societies worldwide.

We then collect and pay royalties to our members when their work is performed, broadcast, streamed, downloaded, played in public or used in film and TV.

We have relationships with music supervisors across film, television, advertisements and games who trust us as a source of great music to suit their needs. Therefore, we would be able give your songs a wider range of sync opportunities worldwide.

Some of the artists and labels we currently work with:
Juanito, Ricardo Espino, Armando (PT), Daniel Orpi, Tim Baresko, Malgado, Chedey Garcia, Distortion Label, Inexplikable Records etc.
